But it does mean that you can climb a lot better, as it absorbs the sweat. It is pretty handy (no pun intended) to have with you when you’re climbing.
So yes, today was the weekly climbing trip up to Warwick Uni’s wall. A good 4 or 5 hours of hardcore climbing up and around stuff. Did some good bouldering too today, and I’ve definitely improved a lot since I’ve been going regurlaly. It really does make you more hardcore in the muscley terms.
